Minimal opportunity for advancement. Poor communication between upper management and employees. Promises not kept. Company has high expectations but does not provide the proper systems to allow employees to succeed. Massive company wide layoffs.

Pros

This is a good company to get your training and then move on. They train staff in most positions, offer good benefit packages, pay yearly bonuses and most years you get a profit sharing bonus.

Cons

The pay is on the lower end of the scale. They overwork their employees and do not value their hardest workers. There is a lot of favoritism going on within management, most promotions are not based on merit, but rather, who the manager/director becomes friends with.
