      Pros

      Co-workers are great. Happy with my supervisor and everyone I work with, they are helpful and never were condescending. I work with the best team.

      Cons

      Upper management does not have a real grasp, of how everything really works. Very unprofessional in the way they speak and treat others. Upper management = sense of entitlement. AI is the goal, hilarious.

      the people were nice but move on as soon as a better job comes along

      leadership does not help you promote and no real push to better yourself. extremely high workload and a big push of fear.
