      Pros

      Work from home with a 1 hour lunch makes it tolerable

      Cons

      Besides the low pay, you expect rude customers but the unprofessional internal employees are unimaginably unprofessional, specifically the "help" desk and account service specialist but management doesn't care

      Pros

      With handling a large amount of tasks - property damage, collision, bodily injury coverage claims - its great training for other roles that have less responsibility when you leave the company.

      Cons

      You are not a specialist and you handle multiple roles so you never get your work done. You're always under an enormous amount of pressure. As soon as people enter the role, they find any way of leaving the role within the first few months before you accumulate enough claims to start making mistakes... and thus getting stuck in the role due to your mistakes.

      great benefits compensation package is fantastic clean safe work environment The majority of supervisors and managers are knowledgeable helpful and want you to grow

      Cons

      will swap your manager/supervisor for a terrible one in a heart beat holds doctor visits and sick time against you specific managers will hide behind a arbitrary company rule to let someone go if they do not like them and say its company policy when they have no problem writing people up for the same offence especially if they egregious offenders
