Pros

Multiple locations, all near my house

Cons

Management, doesn't give two dimes to company problems. They complain, but do nothing but take it out on the employees. From what I'm hearing from friends that still work there, they're loosing valuable employees daily.

It's getting bad, real bad.

Pros

Holiday Bonus, possible profitability bonus, casual work dress all year round, flexible schedule, good core group of employees for now. Some supervisors care and will help you along the way.

Cons

Worked for 3 different carriers and this is without a doubt the worst. California home office that has struggled to adapt to northeast claims and fraud. The micro managing is beyond belief. The managers all detest one another and it makes for an awkward work environment and there is not clear plan here, its survival mode on a day to day level. Pretty much everyone there is looking to get out

Pros

Holiday bonus, on site gym, benefits, friendly coworkers. Clean building. Finally started making changes to help with workload

Cons

Impossible to promote. Lots of tenured employees but certain departments continuously hire from within 2 different units giving the rest of us no chance in hell to promote. Low salaries. Every year there's a new excuse as to why we're not getting a bonus when we work so hard. Getting a raise or some recognition is never going to happen. Expectations are too high given the workload.
