Poor management, poor pay, employees are disrespected by management, overworked, lack of proper training, mangers lie to save themselves, supervisors lack social skills. People are hired and never show up because its a horrible place to work.

Senior management is never held accountable,target employees who challenge questionable practices, salary well below industry average, off the record conversations are prevalent, leadership instructed by senior administration to manage employees out. Lack of technology and understanding with complete disregard to employees as people. When issues are brought to senior management attention about the workloads, morale and employee obstacles they are told to deal with it because that's the job.
