Pros

- Like any other place, you may find friendly faces - Leading NGO in MSD approaches

Cons

- Tense working environment (you sign for 8 hours, but it is actually +10) - The organization provides a minimal learning environment, with limited opportunities for professional growth or development. - There is a prevalent culture of gossip and backdoor dealings, with very little transparency in decision-making (especially recruitment!) - I observed multiple instances where employees appeared to be pressured into resigning, often without clarity as to whether this was due to actual performance issues or simply falling out of favor with the administration. - It has been discussed internally (at a global level) that the recruitment of Tjada into a leadership role was influenced by optics—specifically, presenting diversity following the sexual harassment scandal that occurred several years ago.
