Some co-workers. That's about it, other than that this place has no upsides.
Cons
CarePath management. Complete dictatorial style of leadership. Intimidation as a leadership style doesn't work. Promotions of "friends" to management positions regardless of qualifications. Hiring decisions chosen on physical attributes (you must be good looking otherwise the VP isn't interested in hiring you females) Obviously sexual harassment from management is an issue here. Lack of care about employees, under paid for the skill level and overworked (80 hour work weeks are common and expected. (but pay is for 40 hours of work). One of the WORST work experiences in my life. I'm now a consultant and I made 3 times as much and work the hours I'm paid.
