Pros

Bonuses are offered when there is a need. Sometimes 200 every four hours on top of your pay.

Cons

Managers use this yo try to get you to work 16+ hour shifts. If you only agree to work 4 or 8 hours extra during a shift, managers and supervisors will guilt you into staying the full 12 hours because "no one is coming in to replace you".

Pros

Benefits were great, loved working as a Medical assistant in a Office I worked for. I was always learning something new management was great to work for.

Cons

Took away sick time, Kronos sucked if you clocked in early or clocked out a minute late you got a big fat red X . Management did although help with the red x’s so you didn’t get into trouble
