Pros

Coworkers that really care and commit

Cons

Management by fear, only those in the big boy network area appreciated. At Mercy Health they only care about the $$$ working salaried people with mandatory over time, lack of training and unrealistic expectations. Firing all with experience and bring in their own people as consultants - flying them in and out weekly at a huge expense to the hospital. No Rev Cycle Sr Mang is a Mercy Employee.

Pros

Nice Office Building, nothing else

Cons

No work/life balance, excessive travel, working on 5 projects at a time. Project management and management are out of touch. Absolutely no one is held accountable for doing their job. Those that work hard, get more work and others coast.
