Pros

The salaries are competitive with other hospitals and the benefits are good . The Acute Rehab Unit was incredible, the physical and occupational therapists are experts in their fields. This is a topnotch rehab that will meet or many times exceed a patient's rehab goals.

Cons

We are a small unit with only 24 beds. The company on the whole does not listen to its nurses about problems they may be having.

Pros

Good experience if you truly have a passion for healthcare.

Cons

Leadership particularly at Mercy Hospital Fairfield is very poor. Because the hospital is profitable, less emphasis is or insight is given to the poor leadership or high turnover employee rates.
