The best pro there is that I always experienced great teamwork with my coworkers.

Cons

The benefits aren't great but they were better than nothing at all, the food available to nighttime coworkers was severely lacking and lackluster! Very few options and those options are very expensive!!, management acts like they care about you but in reality they don't. To them you're just a replaceable body.
