Can work from home, almost everybody is really nice, management is involved and cares about more than just stats, can bank over 500+ hours of PTO & ESB each and it doesn't have to be used by the end of the year, tuition reimbursement, good health insurance that starts on day one, bonuses just for maintaining healthy habits, employee discounts at many other companies, shift differentials

Cons

Management are all nurses so they sometimes overlook the support staff's needs, assigned holiday shifts, workload increases during flu season, it's basically a call center with more rules

Pay. Raises are not a lot and they low ball you when you get hired. Most people I know work second jobs

friendly staff benefits even if only part time worker able to transfer within company after 1yr service gain lots of experience

Cons

pay is low compared to other neighboring hospitals you have to stay within Mercy network for health insurance Insurance is very costly!
