Management is more worried about crunching numbers than employee satisfaction Concerns about coworker liabilities aren’t taken seriously No room for growth

hospital pay with clinic hours no weekends, no on call, no holidays work right along side the surgeons and anesthesiologists who most of them are all great! ASU department as a whole is great, just the hospital as a whole isn't

Cons

do not use all of your nursing skills all the time management at MercyOne Waterloo isn't great they do not care about their employee's do not pay well compared to near by hospitals
