Cons

-admin and business directors do not care about the well being of their healthcare team -HIPAA does not exist -witnessed so many nurses/staff constantly on their phone while behind their computers when patients needed help -workplace culture is very clique-y

updated facility, management is nice, lactation is really helpful with milk prep, knowledgable speech/pt/ot

Cons

short staffed beyond belief. Average shift is 5-10 nurses short, causing nurses to take 3 vented patients, charge nurse has a full assignment most of the time. toxic work environment depending on whos working. if your charge nurse doesnt like you, then you get a bad assignment
