Corrupt mgmt! Just look at all the reviews, they're all about mgmt! They literally made 3 accusations up about me to scare me out of "whistleblowing" about patient complaints regarding staff and mgmt. I don't know how they can continue to retaliate illegally against GOOD EMPLOYEES!!

1. High Pressure: This one can be a bit understandable as this is healthcare but they put unnecessary pressure on you to work faster, work harder, get more done right now even if you don't have the tools to do so. 2. Overworking: Mercy overworks you to death on purpose. They want to get every drop of blood out of you so the people above you can brag about how good of a leader they are, and after you can take no more you leave and they hire someone else for cheaper. 3. Micromanagement: The Directors, Managers, Supervisors etc are on you all the time to make sure you are working, no matter how long you have been there they still treat you like a brainless moron while still telling you to go go go 4. Excessive Competition: Mercy's IT culture is that of an every man for himself. They like to pretend that they are 1 big team but that's all B.S. To get promoted you have to play politics, it's the only way to survive there. 5. Blame Culture: If something goes wrong or a mistake is made their first instinct is to figure out who did it first so you can be shamed and reprimanded. Fixing the problem is secondary to them. If you are assigned a ticket the majority of the people's first thought is "Who dares to assign ME a ticket!?" instead of just doing your job.
