Pros

Great entry level opportunity for a recent college grad to gain hands on experience. Flexible schedule. "play money" available to attend trainings and tools to use with clients. Good medical benefits.

Cons

Combined sick and vacation for PTO. High productivity standards. Difficult case management/billing system. Raises were based on productivity standards.

The mission of the company is person centered. Case workers are very dedicated to thier clients.

Cons

Absolutely no support from upper management. If you want to pretend everything is great with a big smile on your face, this is the job for you.

Cons

Everything else, management is a group of tyrants, "supportive" staff are unsupportive and sneaky. lacks flexibility and diversity. Major burnout with workload. Good luck to anyone applying.
