Pros

Great opportunity for hours, overtime and holiday pay

Cons

Awful company that doesn't manage their clients/consumers (as we are supposed to call them) well at all. If things went wrong the consumers were blamed compared to better training for staff. I personally contacted the COO of the company about the neglect in the house and he never returned my call.

Work weekends, when asking for time off takes forever to hear back,

Good pay, decent supervisors with emphasis on training. Benefits are on par with other companies

Not too many... I'd be nitpicking really. What can I say, this is a good company
