It is a huge company and I don't feel the look at the total individual in the interview process.

Pros

Meridian Services is continuously growing, offering more employment opportunities. They have high standards of care for their consumers. Meridian requires all management employees to volunteer their time to any organization or cause. They are always coming up with new ways to make life better for the consumers and all the staff who work for the company. The officers who head the company have huge hearts and always make their best efforts to make the company a better place.

Cons

The field as a whole has high turnover rates for direct care staff due to the nature of the work, but Meridian has many solutions for this.
