Pros

Guaranteed hours means consistent pay Good social life, most people are friendly Good benefits, access to theme parks is nice. Sick pay is nice

Cons

Bad rate of pay for responsibilities at hand. Management are very inconsistent with you due to higher ups bossing them around too much. No opportunity for progression unless you're liked by management. Surrounded by pointless drama. Very repetitive days. No true opportunity to progress past minimum wage, even management only gets a tiny pay increase. Revolving door for staff. Very long and arduous days, especially around peak times (8:30am-7:30pm on the worst of days.)
