Pros

Great benefits. Competitive pay compared to others in the area

Cons

Training a bit scattered. Supervision doesn't seem to know what to do. No basic metric to follow so one supervisor will tell you something completely different than another.

Pros

Great benefits package. Great people. Depending on the department you work in, great work-life balance.

Cons

Some departments have no work-life balance (do not offer flexible work arrangements other then telecommuting depending on performance).

The Mother Met days are over. MetLife used to be called Mother Met because of it's corporate culture. They cared about their employees.
