Salary is good for new hires, you can do work from home

Cons

Too much work politics in your Dubai Office, your seniors are bullying you and make you feel like your worthless, using harsh threathening words like "I will fire you if you dont do this and that" you have a quota to achieve, and your managers are calling you middle of the night for report submission, horrible experience will never come back here ever again
