Can’t think of much now

It is full of oxbridge grads who know nothing about coding or computer science and profess to know everything because of where they studied. When I raised this to the recruitment team, they pretend to know all about diversity yet this does not translate at all on the graduate intake or wider teams as it is all very white washed. Their schemes for “diversity” are purely to look good - they make sure never to include these kinds of people in their workforce, just look at their videos. It’s a shame because the main UK office is in such a multicultural area.
