      Pros

      Feels like a family when you get to know your coworkers. Quarterly bonuses were always nice. They are understanding and grant schedule flexibility while in school.

      Cons

      Sometimes communication between supervisors and other higher ups was not always the best. Often times I had to email the same person 2-3times on the same issue.

      Pros

      Great bonuses, during all but fourth quarter work is not too stressful, love the cafeteria!!

      Cons

      Managers/Directors get time off during Thanksgiving and Christmas however hourly employees are told no time off during last 3 weeks of year!! No time off should apply to everyone - no one's position or title make them more important. during 4th quarter overtime and adjusted hours are MANDATORY for hourly employees however when first and second quarter roll around it is MANDATORY that employees cut back on hours! So much for appreciating all the hard work during 4th quarter!!
