      All about the MMH family ... very positive environment and great co-workers.

      Cons

      It is a smaller hospital and they keep their budgets very tight.

      Pros

      The people are what make this place. Benefits are decent. Management was the best while I was there. Nice physical building top to bottom.

      Cons

      Studer exercises were distracting. The cafeteria was kinda pricey. It's a smaller hospital, so it is tough for them to compete with salaries.

      Pros

      Friendly environment, great doctors, bonuses, great staff, team player environment, seems like most the staff that is currently there are people who were takin advantage of at their old jobs and all congregated here to change that, so they really try and work together!

      Cons

      Isn't very flexible with your schedule. If your busy you stay whether you anticipated that or not, if they can get volunteers to stay then maybe you will get to leave. Hard to make doctors appointments because you aren't guaranteed to be off on time. If you request to be off on time for one you will usually be ok.
