      At MetroHealth everyone is part of the team ~ we are all needed to be successful! Whether we are a starter or the reliever without everyone's contribution we would not be successful!There's always a backup willing and able to help assist us. Anyone looking to get a job in the Healthcare community in Cleveland should realize MetroHealth is the best system to work for~ unanimously the best career choice for healthcare workers! Everyone wants to be drafted to MetroHealth and be part of the line up.

      Our growth ahead leaves some unknowns~ until the expansion project is complete there are challenges of relocation and what lies ahead.

      Pros

      MetroHealth's incredible mission of service. The inspiring doctors, nurses and other colleagues who have dedicated their professional lives to the health of the community. Smart executive leadership. Solid pay/benefits. A new main hospital under construction!

      Cons

      While it gets better every day, MetroHealth is still trying to shake off some of its long-held bureaucracies.

      Pros

      Working with phenomenal doctors, researchers, nurses, administrators, and staff. People truly care about the mission here, and helping others is at the heart of what we do.

      Cons

      Lots of changes happening very quickly, initially as the new hospital project began. Now, facing COVID-19 as a united front. So proud to be a part of this organization.
