Pros
Fun events and break area at the corporate office. Nice and skilled technologists. A few of the Senior Managers, Digital in particular are outstanding.
Cons
Executive and Senior management are weak. Their only interest in trading the commodity of people. No foresight, fake culture, and greedy account managers. Matrix Management model is a constant point of contention. Over work and under appreciate talent, and develop corporate strategy on hopes and dreams. Only the handful of people who are at HQ get any of the benefit of the work hard play hard culture those on a client site get the occasional happy hour and a disconnected feeling.
