It can be fun when the pressure is light from doing 3 people jobs in 1.

Cons

Management. Salaries are way under. Benefits are low and don't compete with others. Very immature.

- Lack of trust among higher ups and 'pawns'. - Culture of deceit and lies. Fake praises. - Incompetent engineers and directors. - Lack of vision.

I agree with all the negative comments here. They had good people back then. Some staff members were able to "climb the ladder" like myself but I never saw it turn out good because there was nothing at the top.

Cons

This company offered long hours with below average pay but I am not surprised because they are a small company.
