Pros

It's international which gives you some possibility for enhancement

Cons

Gross recklessness in COVID-19, senior managers didn't want to close the office even after COVID was prevalent. Micromanagers all over the place If you don't trust people, why do you hire them ? Fear based organization All managers are scared of their superiors Strategy missing Detailed planning is required but no direction given Money obsessed One record year after another and ongoing cust (and head) cutting measures to bleed out staff Work life balance What life? No decisions from board or C-leves Staff needs to work out what needs to be done and often is recalled by senior management Bureaucratic to the bone Simple things can take ages; real cost savings are not realized over policy Examples The company decided to go to a four work day week but it expects all employees to deliver the same as in five days. Managers require to report when simple tasks are done Salaries are below average; healthcare deteriorated in the last years All people I know there are ready to go somewhere else; are either bored or overloaded.

Pros

They don't micro manage you.

Cons

Very unprofessional atmosphere. Management doesn't care about employees and will go as far to talk about you to your peers. Employees have been called stupid and useless by their managers, in front of an entire department. HR is horrible! Extremely unprofessional, unhelpful, and lazy. Benefits aren't very good either. High copay and not much coverage.

Pros

Great bonus program if max targets are hit.

Cons

Good old boys club. Womens' opinions mean nothing, but an utter annoyance to management. Literally impossible to shatter the glass ceiling. Not a feasible working environment for women in any state of their career. ZERO worklife balance especially with women who have children. WARNING.

I am sorry you had a bad employment experience. This would have been important to bring to light while you were employed through the ombudsman process or another trusted channel. We have various leadership and, more specifically, women's leadership groups and committees working through progressive changes throughout the company.
