The benefits are excellent. The hours are cushy and you don't take home your work. The camaraderie of fellow employee's at work.

Cons

Salary is low without much room to make more. For the years spent in school and all the hard work done to become an attorney working here is just not going to make you any real money. Very low ceiling for salary.
