      Pros

      Pay is competitive. If one works full-time, benefits are competitive and much better than similar jobs/positions. If one has family in a position of power, then working hard is not essential to secure your job, you have the luxury of being an ornament sitting in a chair. Opportunities to apply to other jobs within the county or higher-positions with relevant education, experience, or hook-up.

      Cons

      Management disrespects you. Too much bureaucracy, ,means nothing ever improves, and if someone in power wants to fire you for personal reasons, they have to construct documented fictitious stories-to cover their job. Leadership and creativity is not rewarded. Overbearing rules, policies, and lengthy-meetings to discuss something simple.

      Pros

      The benefits are good, vacation time, personal and sick time. Public service is commendable and fulfilling. They have tuition reimbursement.

      Upper management does not seem to care of the onsite incompetency, inefficacy, and inefficiency of the supervisors who are bullying employees and are abusing of their powers. Communication is the worse
