Business Outlook
Pros
Exposure to a wide range of industry standards, useful training and certifications with plenty of opportunity for learning. Sufficient leave and set hours requiring no overtime or work at home. Good people.
Cons
Absolutely no room for vertical growth whatsoever. You will not reap the meager benefits until you have put 15 years into a mostly dead end job. Promotions are difficult to get and aren't awarded based on merit but rather who you know and how long you've been there. Morale can be iffy since so many have been doing the same thing for so many years with little recognition. Tough to make it in a city like Miami on such a skinny salary.
