      Pros

      Decent starting pay and good training program. The coworkers are generally good people. Decent progression with rapidity.

      Cons

      Most of the passengers are great people just trying to get to work or school. The problem is the obnoxious passengers, and the drunk or belligerent high people. The accident review process is guilty until proven innocent.

      Pros

      The County provides a great salary, good benefits. while providing service to the community. Careers can be cultivated until one chooses to retire, with a great package waiting at the end of 30 years.

      Cons

      Many dedicated and hard workers can be found in this establishment. But lazy and corrupt people also can be found. Inept workers are hard to fire as the process for eliminating dead weight is full of red tape.

      Pros

      Pay and benefits, at least, when I was there. I am not so sure now.

      Cons

      Corporate structure is garbage. There is nepotism everywhere and you advance only if you know someone major.
