Pros

Flexible work schedules. Managers can be very accommodating with certain requests. I enjoy the flexible schedule that I've had in the past several years.

Cons

Favoritism. Definitely a lot of favoritism. Managers operate on the Y Theory of Management and overlook the employee's growth. Push hard for promotions or you end up getting held back.

Family first is motto, great moral, treats employees great, and plenty of company events to grow with fellow employees, very flexible on time off and scheduling

Cons

Some managers are stuck in their ways and don't help you grow, and unless you speak up you will not stand out
