There always seems to be plenty of employees working at any given time, so that one does not feel overwhelmed.

Cons

I would rather not work for such a large company, as hard workers such as myself do not get compensated for working harder than others.

Pros

The people that were not in higher management were wonderful . Just one dept manager who has been there for a long time cared about employees.

Cons

Manager does not go by policy when promoting... he hires his friends... so no chance of management advancement. You will be expected to work when needed on your days off , if you do not you will be given an attitude. Called on days off and asked job related questions. Help management do their job. Short staffed most the time and expected to work hard and give up a personal life. The pay is not worth the stress.

Most of the coworkers were nice people. If you are creative, you get to work with other creative people and deal with creative customers.

Cons

Management only cared about the bottom line.
