Tedious work with minimal benefits

Pros

Employee discount was good. Made good relationships with my coworkers, but mostly based on a shared dislike for the work. It was easy to get in the flow of the workday since tasks were pretty monotonous.

Cons

Part-time work was very tedious, I had very little control over what I was doing day-to-day. Management really struggled to retain staff so the turnover rate & flake rate for shifts was really large, making it harder on everyone else.

Pretty good environment as there were nice coworkers and friendly customers.

Cons

Can get really busy, especially during the holidays. When it gets busy, customers can get impatient. Also, sometimes you don't get as many hours as one would like.
