I had a good relationship with my manager and was always on time so I felt respected. Tasks are mindless but they are not difficult

Depending on the manager and how tasks are divided, you might have a lot of work for a single day

Always busy, so time flies by. Most other staff members are easy to get along with. Staff discount is nice.

Cons

You'll likely need a second job when you work with this company. Coming by working hours is like the Hunger Games. Don't make mistakes, and don't ever be late, even by five minutes. They'll say it's fine, but you'll end up with the least amount of hours.
