Borderline illegal working conditions.

Pros

It is laidback and a real sense of community within the store employees sometimes. There's always music playing if you like that.

Cons

You are paid minimum wage which isn't the problem. The problem is that they don't schedule and you end up making 400$ a month maybe less and you can't pay your rent or any other bills when they know your situation and you work hard to get more hours. They aren't reliable as a job to provide needs. For some extra cash it might be ok. But don't expect.more than a 3-4 hour shift.
