Belleville, Ontario store is the pits. Worked very hard for the pay; Management can be biased if you do not think the same as her. Why should everyone think all the same? That is how change happens. The annual survey that employees do, are *not* secretive. Management knows who says what on the surveys; even thou we were told they were private and confidentiality. There is no career advancement in this store. They hire people outside the store in upper management. They should hire inside the store from current employees advancement. Undercover Boss should come to the Belleville, On store. They will get an eyeful.

Training can be difficult for team members. You are usually hired on during peak, and are needed right away. Need to have a better process to get the training done on time. Making the staff feel more involved.
