      Pros

      Fun people to work with, store management seem to be really passionate about their job and supporting their employees

      Cons

      Corporate has their heads up their rears about so many things. They want a small mom and pop store feel but don't give the payroll to allow us to provide that service. Problem employees are kept because HR won't allow us to terminate them while star employees are being pushed out the door.

      Pros

      Good people for the most part, I feel like the work I do is appreciated, usually get (unpaid) days off easily with enough notice.

      Cons

      In this role, way too big a job for the amount of time given, although it'd probably vary from store to store. I was originally told I would work 20-25 hours a week, but I'm lucky to get 18 hours most weeks and 22.5 at the most. Low pay, no vacation hours, sick days, benefits for part-time employees. Employee discount is 25 % off regular price purchase, you're better off using a coupon.
