Easy work. Friendly co-workers. Nice benefit with employee discount.

Cons

Pay is very poor, not suitable for anyone who has to pay their own bills. I didn't like having to be pushy with customers about survey's and rewards cards

- being in an environment that sparked creativity - employee discount

Cons

- corporate doesn't give enough hours to run the store efficiently - having to sign up people for rewards program(that's not very rewarding) - rude customers always wanting a discount and not reading the sales promos - managers that give rude customers what they want - lack of training and being reprimanded for not doing things correctly - low pay($9/hr) - .25 cent raise after two years of working, calling out once, and picking up other people's shifts - it's more of a seasonal home decor store than a arts and crafts store
