Fun store to work at, always something to do, customers are fun to talk to and interact with

Cons

the push to get credit cards from customers was a huge no for me, preying on older folk who don't understand the higher rates and young adults who don't understand credit cards isn't unlimited. Felt pressured from management (not store manager but higher up) to "sell" ppl on the credit card. I believed in getting ppl to be members but NOT to get credit cards. The change was disliked by many ppl in the store.
