Pay is not that great You constantly have to offer protection plans on items Micromanagement was a factor when I was there

Sexist, ableist, favoritism, nepotism, policies not equally applied, opportunities not based in merit, low pay, personal/private information is me easily accessible to other employees

Pros

Most of the people that you work with are great and it’s amazing to find some great people with a lot of common interests.

Cons

A lot of the customers are a bit creepy with the women that work here and I have had to step in plenty of times between these creepy interactions. I have also never seen management do anything to help these women.
