Challenging and Fluid Work Environment

Pros

Extremely flexible scheduling options for full time and part time associates. Lots of bonus incentive and overtime pay opportunities during fall and winter months. Great willingness from people to work as a team on unorthodox problems. Excellent insurance plans for medical, vision, and dental.

Cons

No robust climate control, summers are sweltering and winters can be frigid. Salary is a bit below other warehouse operations. Aging equipment can seldomly trigger substantial setbacks to productivity.

Micro Center is an industry leader in Customer Service and over 80% of our customers are willing to recommend Micro Center to others. This is a direct reflection of the associate's commitment to taking care of the customer, the store, and each other. At Micro Center, our sales associates have unlimited earning potential. Currently, YTD our sales associates at your store are averaging 25.95/hr which is up from 24.41/hr last year, and 23.84/hr from two years ago. Also, the company has a well-rounded benefits program that enables our associates to have options that meet their individual needs.
