Pros

Great pay, comparatively speaking. If you're on management's good side hours and flexibility are great.

Cons

Management is clueless as to what goes on in the building. Operations are really disorganized, making it frustrating to find product and close sales.

Cons

Pay is at lower end of scale Company offers one week of paid sick leave per year, but does not offer paid time off for bereavement or other life events Company hostile to work from home

Pros

I was fortunate to work with some great staff. The flexible hours were great while I was a college student studying for exams.

Cons

The company did not pay appropriately, and it took 6 months of constant correspondence and intervention to implement a pay raise for my promotion and added responsibilities. Constantly forcing locations to cut hours and overwork employees. Terrible pay for the majority of employees.
