Pros

Good international exposure. Annual MicroStrategy World is a great event. Good salaries. Well structured global company. Travel opportunities. Training and education available for sales engineers.

Cons

Cutting costs. Long working hours. Quarterly targets are tough. Time management. Training and education is not for everyone. Travel by opportunities is not for everyone.

Thanks for the review and feedback. I would agree that there are some great opportunities for jobs that have travel associated with them, particularly in our Consulting and Sales organizations - and some of those jobs that require a lot of travel are not for everyone.
