If you like to get a good work-life balance and simple and friendly working relationships, it's a nice place. The salary is also fine. However, if you like to do some challenging and exciting projects, there are few here.

Pros

You'll work with an excellent team of professionals with a really really good BI product, I'd say the best on the market. Really promissing.

Cons

sometimes Eurpe seems a little bit left out. Salary can be a problem if you don't make a nice negotiation at the beginning, but in general people is well paid.
