Great BI product, nice to have an on-site gym (even though it is small) and good people

Cons

- Extremely top heavy (everyone is a Vice President) - Opportunity for growth is very limited - Executives receive exorbitant bonuses (unfortunately this seems rampant everywhere) - The company does not know how to budget. Money is spent frivolously on toys (technology) for the executives - Laying people off seems to be an event that occurs every few years - Money is not invested in employee development - Some of the decision makers have zero to very little experience in areas they are managing, which can be extremely frustrating

Cons

tired of work content, spend most of time on communication and bad design. Promotion opportunity: none. salary: relatively high but no grow. Personal development: It will make you a person hard to find a job.
