World class talent throughout the organization. Good career opportunities if you're willing to stick your head out.

Cons

Executive management is out of touch. No meaningful communication plans in place. There is an authoritative arrogance in the executive suites which undermines product, employee, and customer/partner potential.

great benefits, except no tuition re-imbursement - good vacation time off after years build up. great people, offers in-building access at hq to a nice gym and a pool table and big-screen tv-break room Metro? right next to Tysons Mall, lots of good lunch food options to hang with friends paid garage parking

Cons

garage is often full after mid-morning, hard to find a spot1 Mall is really hard to commute in and out of during 2 months of Christmas Not all managers are really people persons, or have ANY real training some requests are beyond achievable and require significant unpaid over-time to work on yet still not reachable
