      Good company, scattered professional services

      Pros

      MSTR has the best 'Boot Camp' training for all new hires that I've ever seen. MSTR has a great BI product-line. Decent salary and good benefits, though no stock ownership path.

      Cons

      Professional Services has little regard for (ornowledge of ?) the geography of their consultants. Too much long distance commuting. Management seems to manage quarter to quarter without much long range planning or vision.

      It's a good technology, and is recognized as such in the industry.

      Cons

      Constantly changing vision and strategy for company. One month one product is the most important in the company's history and will change the world forever. The next month it's gone, or completely redone. Intensely political culture resulting from extremely hierarchical company structure. Mediocre compensation

      Intelligent, friendly staff. Mobile platform is amazing. Flexible hours.

      Cons

      No communication between senior management and employees. Constantly changing vision and strategy for company. One month one product is the most important in the company's history and will change the world forever. The next month it's gone, or completely redone. Inflexible culture that heavily rewards toeing the line, and punishes the opposite. Intensely political culture resulting from extremely hierarchical company structure.
