The location is good. Great diversity. There are many foreign excellent engineers. Allow to work from home during the pandemic.

Some products are too old and not easy to use and maintain. Pay is not that good compared with other big tech companies.

There is a decent enough work life balance, very rarely will you have to stay late if you are on the engineering side. The pay is decent enough, and the people are friendly and cooperative.
Cons
Ultimately the experience is nothing like a FAANG or another reputable tech company. This is a decent place to start your career, but look to move on as soon as you can. The pay and annual raises are decent, but not very competitive compared to other tech companies. The annual bonuses are completely stagnant. The product itself is a little outdated too and your growth potential has a very low ceiling.
